The Project Implementation Unit, is pleased to announce the winners of the first round of the Research Commercialization Program (RCP), held within the framework of the MUNIS project.
The program, launched on December 25, 2023, aimed to identify and support research projects with high commercialization potential. A total of 55 proposals were received by the February 19, 2024 deadline.
Following a comprehensive three-stage evaluation process, 13 research groups were invited to present their projects to a distinguished International Expert Board (IEB) on June 20-21, 2024. The IEB, comprised of leading international experts, meticulously reviewed each presentation and identified 9 projects deemed to be the most innovative and with the greatest potential for successful commercialization. These winning projects will be awarded financial support to translate their research into marketable products or services.
