As part of the implementation of the RCP and BIRD programs, it is planned to train employees of the National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer (NOIITT).
Experts from the MUNIS project, implemented by the Agency for Innovative Development, will conduct a series of trainings on topics such as:
1. Commercialization strategy and business model;
2. Opportunity assessment and market research;
3. Patent search and landscaping;
4. Creating business plan including financial modelling;
5. Attracting investments and conducting negotiations;
6. IP management strategy;
7. Filing of PCT application and technology licensing;
8. Presentation preparation and pitching;
9. Certification and standardization of products or services.
Based on the results of the training, experts will also give proposals for the development of NOIITT activities.
